shipping and returns policies
Our exchange and return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since the purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition it was received in, in its original packaging, and with its tags intact.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@shoplauracantu.com. On your first purchase, the cost of return shipping is on us, so you won’t have to pay any additional charges.
Refunds, (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received the returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the applicable days, depending on your bank’s or payment provider’s processing times.
Late or missing refunds, (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before the refund is officially reflected.
After that, contact your bank, as sometimes there is a processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Sale items, (if applicable)
Only items that do not belong in the Sale section may be eligible for a refund, as long as they meet the conditions of our return policy.
Unfortunately, items in this section are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges, (if applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact us at hello@shoplauracantu.com or via WhatsApp.
The shipping cost for the exchange must be covered by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination location. Once your order has been placed, we will provide an estimated delivery date based on the address provided.
